Overview
The SAP Data Management Expert provides expert support for SAP data processes, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and successful user adoption throughout stabilization and sustain activities. Acting as the key point of contact for SAP data-related matters, this role supports projects impacting SAP data, coordinates stakeholders, and provides functional expertise on SAP PIRT processes.
The role serves as a subject matter expert in SAP data management and SAP PIRT processes, working closely with project teams, Lead Super Users, and the wider Super User network to identify, prioritize, and resolve data-related challenges during hypercare and ongoing operations. Through collaboration, training, and guidance, the position helps ensure the successful implementation, stabilization, and long-term sustainability of SAP data processes across Iberia.
Responsibilities
Support SAP stabilization and sustain activities related to SAP data processes.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP data management and SAP PIRT processes.
Coordinate projects and initiatives affecting SAP data.
Serve as the main point of contact for SAP data-related questions, issues, and project activities.
Support the stabilization of SAP PIRT data processes across Iberia, working closely with Lead Super Users and the Super User network.Identify, prioritize, and facilitate the resolution of data-related issues during hypercare and sustain phases.
Provide functional guidance and support to end users to promote effective adoption of SAP PIRT processes.
Assist in maintaining data quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP data requirements and project deliverables.
Deliver training, knowledge sharing, and ongoing support to help users effectively navigate SAP PIRT processes.
Qualifications
SAP knowledge
Excellent make/move business knowledge within functional area (make/move)
Previous experience in process stabilization and value realization
Experience of change network and stakeholders management
Prioritizes effort with understanding of business drivers and impacts.
Working within matrix organization
Local language (Spanish/Portuguese) will be an advantage
