Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Production Interface Engineer (f/m) to join our Production Interface team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing production efficiency and customer satisfaction. As part of the Production Interface team, you will be involved in bridging the gap between our Production Units and our external customers via SATAIR/AIRTAC/SOO aiming at promoting On-Time Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.

Your challenges:
Serve as the main contact for the ASO ordering team (Plant Production Coordination, sales order follow-up, ASO packaging requirements, FAL & Production removals, order replacements, AOG stand-by support, steering subcontracting activities within SBCO2)
Support supply activities by requesting quotations towards PMR and suppliers and following up on ordering and manufacturing activities
Perform Tech Data delegation & Certifying Staff activities, including the issuance of EASA F1 (during office hours and stand-by) and Master data updates in SAP on behalf of TechData, and trigger provision of commercial data to ASO
Lead internal projects / partial projects according to your grading, prepare/deliver reporting and presentations, and drive continuous improvement programs within your area
Comment and advise on potential improvements in ways of working between Production Units, Production Interface, and SATAIR, acting as a knowledgeable user/supporter for business operations and subcontractors within SAP systems
Your boarding pass:
University degree in a Supply Chain discipline or equivalent
Relevant working experience with basic understanding of aircraft manufacturing and awareness of Airline/Aircraft maintenance operations
Deep knowledge of SAP is essential; Good knowledge of Google Workspace applications; Basic knowledge of Skywise data analytics tools is a plus; Good knowledge of project management tools and methods
Knowledge of EASA Part 21 and Part 145, competence in Technical Data as a valuable asset, understanding of Lean Fundamentals, and ability to read existing AIRBUS technical documentation
Good level of spoken and written English and the local AIRBUS language (any other language is a plus)
Dedicated team player, comfortable in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment, with good communication and negotiation skills, and a highly Customer-oriented proactive approach
