Service Advisor/CSR - Thetford Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime! (depending on experience) 10% bonus , paid quarterly Generous Company pension plan 25 days holiday raising to 30 days with service + bank holidays Healthcare plan with access to dental insurance Enhanced paternity/maternity/foster leave Many benefits for yourself, family and friends including gym memberships, travel, hotel, theme park days +++ many more Ongoing Volvo training and career development opportunities Who are you? you have the ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone Be proactive in identifying customer needs and find solutions attention to detail Flexible and positive approach to changing cirumstances/priorities team oriented Good level of IT skills to include Excel, outlook What will you be doing Working in a busy fast paced role based in reception area Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received Preparation and provision of invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries carry out site administration We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
