Overview The Customer Director Coles is responsible for setting and executing PepsiCo Foods strategy with Coles. This role owns the total Coles P&L, drives sustainable growth, and leads the development of long‑term strategic partnerships aligned to the Coles strategy and PepsiCo’s growth agenda. The Customer Director acts as the senior interface between PepsiCo and Coles, developing market leading plans and best in class execution to drive mutual growth. The role leads a high‑performing customer team and works cross‑functionally with Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning. Responsibilities Own and lead the Coles customer strategy to deliver P&L outcomes, including revenue and share growth Lead the Coles/PepsiCo partnership, maintaining senior relationships across functions Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans that drive sustainable category and brand growth across a multi-year horizon Ensure strong in‑market execution across range, promotions, new product launches and availability Partner cross‑functionally to deliver Coles customer priorities Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Coles customer team. Qualifications Extensive senior commercial experience in FMCG, with accountability for a major grocery customer Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering sustainable growth Deep understanding of the Australian grocery retail environment Strong commercial capability across pricing, promotions, trade investment, and joint business planning Demonstrated ability to build and influence senior relationships Experience leading and developing high‑performing sales or customer teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline
