Ø Manages the ITB teams, including TF, EF, TB, GCF and MO team.Ø Responsible for proposing and executing all decisions related to the Business Line (including strategic decisions, organization, investments and hiring).Ø Ensures strategic and execution alignment with ITB various product lines, through close coordination with respective product lines’ global heads.Ø Ensures strategic and execution alignment with ITB’s Business Development Support on cross-functional subjects (including correspondent banking, compliance, financial security, portfolio management, IT, MO and BO)Ø Ensures strategic and execution alignment of ITB with other countries through close coordination with respective ITB Country Heads and SCOs.Ø Directly contributes to business origination though pitches and client visits.
