Crédit Agricole CIB - Global Investment Banking Trainee (One Year Contract)

The ideal candidate should complete their graduation requirements and is available to start the position from April 2026. Trainee program is one year to begin with and possible for extension up to 2 years in total, subject to performance and business needs. Summary The Global Investment Banking (“GIB”) Asia-Pacific (“APAC”) team is responsible for our Investment Banking business in the APAC region and covering the following 3 business lines:Advisory in Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”): buy/sell-side advisoryEquity Capital Markets (“ECM”): IPOs, capital increases, secondary listings in HK, Convertible Bonds, etc.Structured Financial Solutions (“SFS”): monetization of financial assets presenting specific complexitiesYou will be joining a dynamic team that has developed throughout the years a solid track record with large corporates in the region, especially in Hong Kong, China, Japan, Indonesia and South Korea.The ideal candidate will have a passion for corporate finance and strategic issues with some relevant previous experiences as a summer internship or a long-term trainee. He/She shall be rigorous, with a high level of commitment and dedication as well as a true entrepreneurial, on-hands attitude allowing him/her to work either autonomously or together with other members of the team.
