We are seeking an Intern to assist in the execution of large and complex project finance transactions within the Infrastructure sector across the EMEA region. This role involves working under the supervision of deal team leaders and contributing to various aspects of project finance, including arranging and advisory services in debt advisory and asset & disposals advisory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate key competencies in financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities are, but are not limited to: Assist transaction team leaders in executing project finance/infrastructure transactions, including financial modelling, documentation, and due diligence processesSupport directors in sector-oriented business origination activities, including marketing efforts and sector-specific researchEnsure accurate reporting of Infrastructure client results through internal systems such as ClientLive, and assist in budgeting, planning, and reporting on client budgetsPrepare marketing materials for presentation to clients and assist in the preparation of credit applicationsCooperate actively with other business teams for cross-department activities as transactions may requireAssist in the syndication process, including drafting of information memorandums and handling Q&A with syndicate banksPopulate transactional internal systems, such as PI and transaction rating, under supervisionOn an ad hoc basis, manage transactions in the portfolio, including waivers and annual reviews
