The role involves assisting the Credit Trading Business Manager in implementing strategies, monitoring IT projects, ensuring compliance and enhancing procedures/practices within a fast-paced environment that operates across global time zones. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a keen interest in financial markets. Key Responsibilties are, but are not limited to: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Product Line strategy and IT projectsServe as the first line of defense to ensure activities comply with both external and internal regulationsSupport the production of trading and sales management reportsHandle day-to-day queries from various business functions including IT, Compliance, Risk, Finance, etc., and engage with Credit chain stakeholders like DCM, Syndicate, and SalesPerform daily and weekly Credit P&L production and related commercial analysesRespond to enquiries from GMD Operational Risk, RPC Permanent Control, and Audit, conducting investigations as neededReview, update, maintain, and implement Credit Trading policies and proceduresEnhance setup and processes through automation and improvements of spreadsheets and other documentsPrepare various analyses, business plans, and governance presentations for different Credit stakeholdersAssist in ongoing projects and the implementation of key projects for the desk.
