Creator Programming Specialist, France - Fanatics Live & Collect

We are looking for a Creator Programming Specialist to support and scale Voggt’s creator ecosystem and live programming strategy in France.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience working with creators (agency, platform, or brand side), who is passionate about content, live formats, digital culture, and has a strong interest in trading card games (TCG), collectibles, and sports.

You will play a key role in identifying and onboarding the right creators, shaping compelling live programming concepts, and managing collaborations end-to-end — from outreach and briefing to performance analysis. This is a hands-on, operational role with strong creative and strategic input, directly contributing to Voggt’s growth in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator & Programming Strategy

• Identify, recruit, and onboard key and emerging creators in the French market (live sellers, breakers, streamers, collectors)
• Actively monitor trends in live commerce, creator economy, collectibles, and sports
• Propose and develop engaging live programming concepts aligned with Voggt’s brand positioning and business objectives
• Contribute to the long-term creator programming roadmap in France
• Support the structuring and optimization of creator categories and verticals on the platform

Creator Management & Execution

• Manage creator collaborations end-to-end:
• Onboarding and training creators on Voggt’s platform
• Defining live formats, schedules, and growth plans
• Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, content, legal, operations)
• Ensure smooth execution of live sessions and high-quality standards
• Act as the main point of contact for creators to support performance and growth

Negotiation & Operational Management

• Negotiate commercial terms, incentives, and partnership conditions with creators
• Support revenue optimization initiatives with top and mid-tier creators
• Handle administrative follow-up: agreements, compliance, and payment coordination
• Ensure transparent tracking of performance and commercial impact

Relationship & Network Building

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators, agents, and key players in the collectibles ecosystem
• Represent Voggt within the French creator and TCG community
• Continuously expand a high-quality pipeline of new creators

Reporting & Insights

• Track and analyze key KPIs (GMV, engagement, audience growth, retention, qualitative feedback)
• Produce performance reports and actionable recommendations
• Share insights internally to improve creator programming, onboarding, and retention strategies

Profile & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience working with creators (agency, platform, talent management, or brand side)
• Strong understanding of the French creator and live streaming ecosystem
• Experience managing partnerships or creator programs operationally
• Comfortable negotiating and building long-term creator relationships
• Strong interest in live commerce, digital storytelling, and community-driven formats
• Passion for TCG, sports, collectibles, or pop culture is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in French; professional level English required
