OTB S.p.A è alla ricerca di una risorsa che sarà inserita nel team di Controllo di Gestione della holding del Gruppo, come supporto nelle attività operative quotidiane legate al monitoraggio dei dati economico-finanziari. Lo stage è finalizzato all’acquisizione di competenze pratiche e strumenti di base del controlling in una realtà dinamica. Principali attività operative: • Supporto nella predisposizione di file Excel per l’analisi dei costi e dei ricavi per centro di costo e commessa; • Aggiornamento dei template di reporting gestionale (file Excel e/o sistemi BI); • Preparazione delle presentazioni periodiche (PowerPoint) a supporto del management; • Riconciliazione dati tra gestionale e contabilità generale; • Controllo e quadratura dei principali KPI operativi e finanziari; • Supporto nelle attività di chiusura mensile: raccolta dati, verifica congruenze, caricamento file; • Assistenza nella predisposizione di budget e forecast, anche tramite attività di data entry e verifica preliminare dei dati ricevuti; • Aggiornamento dei database interni; • Partecipazione a incontri operativi con le funzioni aziendali per la raccolta di informazioni. Requisiti: • Laurea triennale o magistrale (anche in corso) in Economia, Management, Ingegneria Gestionale o affini; • Ottima conoscenza di Excel (formule, tabelle pivot, grafici); • Conoscenza base dei concetti di bilancio e contabilità; • Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e buona capacità di gestione delle scadenze; • Buona capacità di lavorare in team e comunicazione efficace; • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita).
