Why this role matters Are you looking for a dynamic and hands-on role with real responsibility? As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment. We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Bleiswijk, reporting into the team leader you are their right-hand person, working closely together to ensure the team are working effectively You will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety and service excellence, whilst creating a positive and engaging environment for your team. What’s in it for you Working in an international and rapidly growing organization Fixed shift 3.30pm until Midnight, Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week (evening allowance applies from 9pm) Supporting a team of approx. 20FTE alongside the team leader Opportunities for personal development with GXO University and career growth How you’ll make an impact Lead, coach and develop team performance Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and ensure workload accuracy Ability to take the lead in absence of team leader Build positive working relations within the team and customer Support outbound activity, flexing workforce when required Promote a safe, positive and compliant work environment Participating and identifying Lean initiatives on the shop floor What you’ll bring to GXO Experience in logistics, warehousing or similar industry Excellent communication skills, customer focused and ability to adapt communication styles Previous leadership experience Fluent in English, with Dutch as a preferred Basic system knowledge, WMS is not essential, training will be provided Your work environment Working at GXO Logistics means being part of a dynamic and international organization where no two days are the same.
