Within our Integrated Logistics organization, we are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to strengthen our global procurement team in Wroclaw. In this role, you will lead strategic transport procurement activities for key global customers, with a strong focus on multimodal transport solutions and supplier management. You will play a central role in tendering, negotiations, supplier strategy, and cost optimization initiatives while collaborating closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and transport providers across Europe. This position combines strategic procurement, stakeholder management, and operational logistics expertise in a highly international environment. ‎ As a Senior Procurement Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for logistics service providers (LSPs), ensuring competitive pricing, high service quality, and long-term supplier partnerships. You will manage complex RFQ and tender processes end-to-end, lead strategic negotiations with transport providers, and coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams. The role is currently strongly connected to a major global customer in the tobacco industry, while also supporting broader procurement initiatives across Integrated Logistics. Although the role currently has no direct reports, you will functionally coordinate procurement-related activities with shared service and engineering teams, including a team in India. How you create impact Lead transport procurement activities and RFQ processes for strategic customers across multiple markets Develop and execute sourcing strategies for logistics service providers and transport partners Conduct supplier negotiations, contract discussions, rate reviews, and strategic procurement evaluations Analyze transport markets, supplier capabilities, and operational constraints to identify optimization opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers, customers, and internal stakeholders Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects across Integrated Logistics operations Ensure procurement processes, documentation, and compliance standards are followed consistently Provide market analysis, benchmarking, and procurement reporting to support business decisions What we would like you to bring Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics procurement or transport procurement, ideally with strong road transport exposure Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience managing tenders, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and multimodal transport solutions Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment Fluent English skills; experience with digital procurement tools and logistics systems is an advantage What's in it for you Kuehne + Nagel in Poland was founded in 1992 and currently has around 1600 employees working across all types of transportation modes.
