Job Purpose Drive the Operation and ensure Team is meeting Targets (Performance, Productivity, Quality) Coach, facilitate, solve work problems and participate in the work of the team Main Responsibilities Daily : - Manage Attendance Daily : - Clear necessary actions from Inbox Daily : - Conduct Daily StandUp Meeting with the Team Daily : - Handle Feedback Queue Weekly : - Perform Quality Check Management Weekly : - Lead the Weekly Meeting with operators Weekly : - Attend the Weekly Meeting with Manager and Co-Team Leads Weekly : - Update Team Health Check Update Monthly : - Arrange Schedule and Record Gemba Session Monthly : - Update Team Roster Monthly : - Update Team Skill Matrix Monthly : - Promote and Conduct CI Initiatives Monthly : - Review, Maintain and Update Work Instructions Monthly : - Conduct Meaningful conversation with Team Member via myPerformance Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field With 2-5 years leadership/management experience Minimum 2 years work experience in Sea Logistics Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Cognitive Skills and Attention to details Who we are Logistics shapes everyday life - from the goods we consume to the healthcare we rely on.
