Finance work at Kuehne+Nagel, means more than we imagine. ‎ The Credit Risk Supervisor will effectively manage all day-to-day financial responsibilities as required by the Knowledge center to minimizing bad debt for assigned companies. How you create impact • Assist the Finance Director in meeting the targets set forth in both Compliance Plan and the Risk Management Plan. • Managing Credit Risk Analyst staff supporting assigned company. • Coordinating communication with Credit Insurance for Credit Coverage • Organizing and participating on Financial Statements review or in person visits with existing or new customers VP of Finance and or CFO’s. • Liaise with Branch Managers, Area Controllers, Sales with ultimate escalation of credit situations with external and internal customers • General Accounting responsibilities. To ensure that credit risk goals are achieved; and accurate business records and sound bookkeeping procedures are maintained. • Development, analyze credit reports + Financial Statements regularly • Accountable for local Credit Work Instructions in alignment with MOP requirements and applicable legal regulations, ensuring full compliance and process transparency • Hosting learning webinars via the KN Learning Platform (Onboarding+ Insurance) • Maintain and encourage Enthusiasm, Energy, Inspiration and Expertise • Assist various levels of management with any/all queries regarding business health and trends (i.e. Risk Alerts, Credit Limit reduction or Suspension, etc.) • Work closely with all Credit Risk Supervisors and Collections Managers • Review and validation of all business cases for all KN NAM companies going to Local and Global CFO. • Back up support for Credit Insurance coordination for all NAM companies. • Other tasks as assigned. What we would like you to bring Minimum of 5 years working experience in Finance and Credit functions Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience A University Degree or Diploma in business Administration, commerce, economics or related is required. Risk Management designation.
