Le poste en détail

  • You will be responsible for leading, through scoping workshops with client business managers, the analysis and diagnostic phase prior to the deployment of our automotive parts ERP solution.

  • Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments of existing processes, identifying business needs and strategic challenges, and analyzing gaps between current client practices and the existing solution to anticipate specific developments and upcoming solution releases.

  • You may be required to provide recommendations to optimize management flows (purchasing, inventory, sales, logistics).

  • You will participate in the preparation of functional specifications with the Product Owners located at the Arras site and facilitate working sessions with the various project stakeholders.

  • Finally, you will coach the flying squads performing functional audits at the client site and ensure alignment between the functional backlog and client requests.

Professional Skills

  • Proven experience in consulting, preferably in the automotive distribution or spare parts sector.

  • Knowledge of market ERP systems and specialized automotive solutions.

  • Strong understanding of distribution business processes (inventory management, procurement, invoicing, order management).

Technical Skills & Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities

  • Experience in business process modeling

  • Proficiency with diagnostic and analysis tools

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
