In this Commercial Customer Master Data and Segmentation position within our Capsule & Health Ingredients (CHI) business unit you will be responsible for owning the accuracy, integrity, and execution of customer master data and segmentation across systems, ensuring a reliable, up-to-date, and business-ready data foundation that enables effective commercial operations
The position is available remotely from the US, France, Germany, Belgium, India.

What you will do:
- Own and manage commercial customer master data across core systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear hierarchy structures.
- Maintain high data quality standards through governance, audits, and issue resolution, acting as the main escalation point for data-related problems.
- Lead the application and ongoing refresh of customer segmentation models, ensuring all accounts are correctly classified and consistently tagged.
- Source, validate, and manage internal and external data inputs to support segmentation accuracy and business insights.
- Ensure segmentation is reliably implemented across systems, resolving exceptions and preventing inconsistencies or unauthorized changes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Analytics, Sales Ops, IT) to enforce data governance standards and enable effective commercial execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing data processes, reducing manual effort, and enhancing documentation, scalability, and downstream usability
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, analytics or IT
- Proven track record in Commercial Data Management, Customer Segmentation, and Analytics
- Familiarity with CRM and Master Data Systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP
- Business proficient English is essential for the position, additional languages are a plus, but not required
