Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cloud / Platform Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience to support the design, implementation, and governance of AWS environments at scale. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining a secure, scalable, and automated cloud foundation using AWS Landing Zone best practices. You will work on implementing and managing multi-account AWS environments using AWS Control Tower and Account Factory for Terraform (AFT), ensuring consistent provisioning, governance, and compliance across tenants. The position requires a strong focus on cloud automation, infrastructure as code, and enforcing security guardrails aligned with industry best practices. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage AWS Control Tower environments and landing zones Configure and maintain multi-account AWS architectures with strong governance controls Implement and operate Account Factory for Terraform (AFT) for automated account provisioning per tenant Support MSB deployments and contribute to cloud infrastructure automation initiatives Define, implement, and enforce security guardrails, policies, and compliance standards across AWS environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and platform engineering Continuously improve automation, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in cloud or platform engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with AWS Control Tower and multi-account AWS environments Proven experience with AFT (Account Factory for Terraform) and infrastructure provisioning automation Solid understanding of AWS security best practices, governance, and compliance frameworks Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and cloud automation Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex, distributed environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Additional Information Besides an exciting job in a tremendous team, here's what you can expect: A fast-paced tech environment Continuous growth & learning Open feedback culture Room for own initiative & ideas Transparency about results & strategy Recognition & reward for hard work Working with a flexible schedule Medical subscription Meal tickets Extra vacation days - starting with 25 vacation days Many others perks
