We are recruiting a skilled and experienced Clinical Application Specialist to join our GYN Surgical Solutions division.

What are Hologic’s Applications Specialists responsible for?

• Educating our customers on how to use and troubleshoot our products efficiently.
• Crafting long-lasting relationships with our new and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
• Providing clinical expertise in the GYN Surgical Solutions space.
• Collaborating effectively with the commercial team and assist in consulting, presentations and demonstrations. You will act as the technical expert.
• Developing strategies for our customer base including workflow strategies.
• Surgical Sales Specialist Support
• Assist surgical procedures and provide technical product support in surgery as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
• Partner with the field sales representative in assessing the needs of customers and in providing training programmes at customer facilities for physicians, hospital personnel and office staff.
• Make presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff.
• Provide feedback on product performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction.
• Submit reports regarding operation of the territory, product acceptance and specifications, or competitive activity.
• Attend all corporate training, sales meetings, conferences and exhibitions and in‑field development courses.

To be considered for the role we expect the following as a minimum expectation:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, Nursing, or related field.
• Fully competent in the surgical/clinical setting and advanced experience as applications in relevant field.
• Hologic product knowledge – proactively shares own knowledge of Hologic products, services and educational offerings – autonomously organizes activities to meet customer needs.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced experience with SalesForce CRM and Oracle ERP systems.
• Maintains up to date on local accreditation requirements related to medical devices and clinical training in order to maintain a high quality QMS.
• Fluency in both French and English
