Key Qualifications and requirements: · Possess a valid Chargeman A4 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission Malaysia). · · Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, commercial buildings or related industries. · Sound knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchboards, generators, transformers and building services equipment. · Experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and building maintenance systems. · Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems and general maintenance works. · Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical manuals. · Knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) requirements and electrical safety regulations. · Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. · Computer literacy with basic knowledge of maintenance reporting and record keeping. · Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. · Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and respond to emergency call-outs when required. · Physically fit and capable of carrying out maintenance tasks in various operational environments. Assists other Hosts with duties throughout the hotel when requested by superior.
