These responsibilities include some of the following:- Concevoir et produire contenus pour canaux internes et externes : articles, newsletters, posts intranet, présentations et supports événementiels.- Coordonner campagnes de communication locales en collaboration avec équipes nationales et sites de production.- Assurer la relecture et l’alignement des messages pour la conformité réglementaire et la clarté.- Organiser événements internes (réunions, ateliers, conférences) et gérer la logistique associée.- Mesurer l’impact des actions (indicateurs simples, rapports) et proposer améliorations.- Accompagner les porte-parole internes pour la préparation des prises de parole et des messages clés.Why You?Basic QualificationWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals- Diplôme Bac+2 minimum en communication, marketing, relations publiques ou équivalent.- 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en communication, idéalement en environnement corporate ou santé.- Excellente expression écrite et orale en français. Anglais professionnel souhaité.- Maîtrise du pack Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) et aisance avec outils de publication digitale.- Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.- Bon relationnel et aptitude à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.Preferred QualificationIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus- Expérience avec des outils de gestion de contenu (CMS) ou d’emailing.- Compétences en design graphique (ex. Canva, InDesign) ou en montage vidéo.- Connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique ou réglementaire.- Expérience dans la communication interne ou la conduite du changement.- Sensibilité pour la mesure d’impact et la production de reporting.- Capacité à travailler en mode projet avec équipes multiculturelles.Contrat et organisation du travailLe poste est basé en France.
