Within the Client Marketing team, this role sits in the CRM team, whose mission is to support markets in defining, executing, and analyzing their CRM plans, with three key objectives:
Grow customer engagement and lifetime value
Accelerate Sephora’s revenue growth
Maximize the profitability of CRM activations
The Senior CRM Manager leads the strategy, execution, and performance of relationship marketing campaigns across a group of countries. The senior CRM Manager work closely with the local CRM team.
The role plays a key part in driving business impact through CRM while continuously enhancing the customer experience.
Partner with a key market to define and lead its CRM plan, from activation to performance analysis in Adobe Campaign v8
Manage a team of 2 CRM Campaign Experts (plus one apprentice), ensuring team development and high-quality delivery
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM performance (KPI analysis, identification of growth levers, and sharing of best practices across markets)
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
1. Drive CRM Strategy & Performance Across Your Scope
In collaboration with the local CRM manager, lead end-to-end CRM planning for your market, ensuring consistency, relevance, and strong business impact.
Own campaign performance, driving analysis (conversion, incrementality, profitability) and defining actionable optimization plans
Act as a strategic partner to markets, shaping high-performing CRM plans aligned with business priorities
Co-build CRM strategies with the Client Strategy team for each key marketing activation
Foster a strong performance and test-and-learn culture across your scope
2. Orchestrate CRM Campaign Execution
Oversee the deployment of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, print) in Adobe Campaign v8, ensuring execution excellence and adherence to standards
Lead and develop CRM Campaign Experts in campaign execution and performance analysis
Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of CRM activations across all markets
3. Accelerate CRM Performance & Best Practice Sharing
Analyze key KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and maximize business impact
Identify, formalize, and share CRM best practices internally and externally
Recommend and deploy new initiatives to enhance CRM performance (contactability, marketing pressure, omnichannel, personalization, etc.)
4. Continuously Enhance Customer Experience
Drive increasingly personalized, consistent, and differentiated customer experiences across all touchpoints
Contribute to the evolution of Adobe Campaign v8 to support personalization and performance goals
Support your team in leading customer experience improvement initiatives
5. Develop CRM capabilities to drive business growth
Define new CRM capabilities powered by data and algorithms in close collaboration with the Client Strategy and Data Science teams to enhance personalization and business performance. Drive a test-and-learn approach, measure business impact, and support successful adoption across markets.
Define the CRM strategy for the mobile app, with a particular focus on push notifications, to strengthen customer engagement and drive business growth. Partner closely with Growth, Digital and Local CRM teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach.
Identify, test and scale new CRM communication channels and activation capabilities by defining the roadmap, leading proof of concepts, and evaluating their incremental business impact before broader deployment.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or IT
8 years of experience minimum, including at least 5 years in campaign management on large databases, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or consulting
Advanced expertise in Adobe Campaign v8 or equivalent tool, with strong experience in automated and personalized campaigns
Proven experience in team management (client-side or service center)
Strong interest in customer retention and personalization strategies
Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen
Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and grow a team
Strong marketing mindset and customer-centric approach
Fluent in English (written and spoken) required
