Ensure the financial reliability of the Supply Europe scope and lead key financial processes in a transforming environment.
Actively contribute to continuous process improvement through automation and AI.
Work at the core of Supply challenges (logistics, inventory, flows, warehouses) in an international environment.
Play a key interface role between Finance, Accounting, countries, and logistics providers.
Key responsibilities
1. Financial closing & data reliability
Ensure the monthly closing for Supply Europe (logistics costs, inventory): data collection, control, reconciliation, and application of accounting standards.
Analyze and explain variances and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Act as the key point of contact for Accounting, Internal Control, and auditors on the Supply scope.
2. Supply financial process management
Act as the Finance point of contact for all Supply financial processes:
Monitor the department budget (T&E, consulting, etc.) in close coordination with operational and finance teams
Manage recharges and intercompany flows (centralization, monitoring, reporting); engage with countries on their logistics cost performance (central/local)
Manage financial interactions with logistics providers
Adapt financial processes to changes in logistics flows (new warehouses, scope changes, End of Life) and systems
Document, secure, and standardize processes to ensure long-term robustness
3. Continuous improvement & transformation
Lead the evolution, improvement, and optimization of closing processes and tools (Power BI, Anaplan, S4HANA – COPA, etc.)
Identify levers to enhance processes through automation and AI
Act autonomously and proactively in driving process improvements: lead internal projects or develop automated reporting solutions

A degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
Significant experience (7+ years) in controlling, financial closing, or audit, ideally in an international environment
Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and reliability
A strong interest in continuous improvement and process optimization
Proficiency in tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to operate in demanding monthly cycles with multiple stakeholders (countries, accounting, partners)
