You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions : Provide leadership for change efforts across multiple Tech and Organizational programs and act as a key change liaison at global level Define and oversee a scalable and consistent Change Management framework applicable to all Sephora transformation programs, feed the change & adoption best practices and artifacts Capture project and business strategies, priorities, targets and roadmaps across initiatives Secure stakeholders' engagement, by activating and coaching sponsors and leaders to ensure ownership and accountability in driving change. Work closely with BPOs and business teams, understanding their ways of working, to support effective change execution across regions Co-design and validate change strategies and deliverables (communication plans, training programs, engagement approaches, communities, etc.) Lead and structure global training and adoption strategies for large-scale transformation programs (Tech and Organizational) Ensure consistency and quality of change approaches across all programs by leveraging best practices and return on experience Identify and onboard the right stakeholders across functions and regions Coordinate with key partners (HR, Communication, Learning teams, external partners if needed) Advise program and project leads on strategic decisions from a people and change perspective Anticipate resistance by identifying key change impacts and stakeholder dynamics Define and monitor adoption metrics and success indicators (engagement, understanding, behavioral change, etc.) Adjust change strategies based on feedback, performance indicators, and evolving program needs Lead global communities of change agents and ensure strong engagement across regions Drive both top-down and bottom-up communication across all transformation phases Ensure alignment across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Retail, eStore, Master Data, etc.) and regions Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are … Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) from an Engineering School, Business School or University, with a specialization in Organization, Change Management or a related field (or equivalent experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Change Management. Have strong expertise in Change Management methodologies and deliverables (Case for Change, Change Strategy, Training Plan, Communication Plan, Change Monitoring, etc.) Have demonstrated experience supporting large-scale Tech and Organizational transformation programs Are able to structure and lead global training and adoption strategies Are a creative force and able to take strategic decisions on change approaches Have strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills Understand Sephora business (Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, etc.) Can manage complex programs in multicultural environments with strong listening skills Are agile with a high level of adaptability Are proactive, rigorous, and autonomous Are fluent in English Here, you will find: Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit.
