As a key business partner to the Head of NAM, the Business Manager supports business steering, performance monitoring, investment follow-up, forecast analysis, and cross-functional coordination across the region. The role contributes to translating business priorities into actionable plans and helps ensure consistent execution across markets, channels, and categories.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
Support the Head of NAM in building go-to-market plans and in monitoring sell-out by market, channel, category, franchise, with weekly and monthly performance tracking.
Contribute to the deployment and follow-up of activation plans, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines while reflecting regional business needs.
Act as a key point of coordination for all business activations levers, support market needs and ad hoc requests related to launch support, merchandising, PR & Media , calendars, business tracking, sampling...
Develop a strong understanding of the NAM markets and share insights, best practices, and recommendations with the broader team.
Consolidate and analyze key business KPIs, including sales, market share, rankings, basket penetration, and activation performance, to identify opportunities, risks, and action plans.
Track regional and local investments by country, lever, and priority, monitor ROI, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Prepare business reviews, performance recaps, executive presentations, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and regional steering.
Contribute to forecast reviews by consolidating market inputs, highlighting gaps and risks, and supporting alignment with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams including Operational Marketing, Product Marketing, E-commerce, Education, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory to support business priorities across the NAM region.
Help structure priorities, timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient execution and clear communication across stakeholders.

A Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent university background.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, key account management, category management, operational marketing, or a similar business-facing role.
A strong business mindset with solid analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several topics simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions.
Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
Curiosity, autonomy, team spirit, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to travel internationally when needed.
