Job Description:
Airbus commercial recrute un CAMO Approval Manager/Responsable Approbation ( h/f) . Lieu : Toulouse Area , France (CDI) . En contrat de travail Français et en langue quotidienne Française.
Au sein du département Assurance Qualité d'Airbus SAS, vous épaulez le Directeur Qualité CAMO (Continued Airworthiness Management Organization) dans un rôle à part entière. Votre rôle est stratégique : garantir que nos processus de maintien de la navigabilité sont irréprochables, conformes aux réglementations internationales et constamment optimisés.
Vos ChallengesConformité & Surveillance : Piloter le processus d'approbation CAMO et veiller au respect strict des réglementations aériennes et des politiques internes.
Gestion des Audits : Planifier et mener les audits (internes et externes), identifier les non-conformités et piloter les plans d'actions correctives.
Optimisation des Processus : Analyser les méthodes de travail entre le CAMO et la Maintenance (MRO) pour gagner en efficacité.
Lien Réglementaire : Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des autorités de l'aviation pour tout ce qui concerne la surveillance et les approbations.
Pilotage Qualité : Mettre en place des systèmes de suivi de performance (reporting, analyse de problèmes) et garantir la qualité sur toute la chaîne, y compris chez nos fournisseurs.
Votre profil
Expertise CAMO : Une expérience confirmée en gestion du maintien de la navigabilité est indispensable.
Maîtrise de l'Audit : Vous savez mener des audits de conformité réglementaire avec méthode.
Culture Qualité : Vous maîtrisez les principes de l'Assurance Qualité et la résolution de problèmes complexes.
Réglementation : Une connaissance approfondie des normes aéronautiques est requise.
Langues : FRANCAIS Mandatory . Et Anglais courant (ou intermédiaire avancé) impératif.
Formation : un parcours supérieur en Aéronautique ou aérospatial est attendu de part les competences et réflexes développés, Bac+3/5, écoles d'ingénieurs ou Master en ingénierie aéronautique ou aérospatiale par exemple

We are looking for a CAMO Approval Manager / Continued Airworthiness Management Organization Expert (m/f) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Quality Assurance department AIRBUS SAS, position based in Toulouse, France.( "CDI" position)( French Contract, French and English daily languagess are mandatory to be successful in the position)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Approval Manager to support the CAMO Quality manager in leading and managing all aspects of Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) approval processes. This role is critical for ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, optimizing airworthiness processes, and driving continuous improvement in our maintenance and operational standards.

YOUR CHALLENGES
As a CAMO Approval Manager, your key activities will be to work in unison with the CAMO Quality Manager (under their lead) to ensure:
CAMO Oversight and Compliance: Oversee and manage the CAMO approval process, ensuring full compliance with national and international aviation regulations and internal company policies.
Audit Management: Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits related to CAMO activities & processes, identifying non-conformities and driving corrective actions.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes within CAMO and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement enhanced process methods and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuous Airworthiness Management: Establish and monitor robust systems for continuous airworthiness management, ensuring the ongoing airworthiness of all AIRBUS SAS aircraft.
Regulatory Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding CAMO approvals, surveillance, and compliance matters.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance system for all CAMO-related activities, including supply chain quality.
Requirements Management: Manage and translate regulatory and internal requirements into actionable plans and procedures for the CAMO team.
Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement effective monitoring systems to track CAMO performance, regulatory compliance, and process effectiveness. Generate regular reports for management.
Problem Analysis and Solving: Proactively identify potential issues & non-Quality within CAMO operations, conduct thorough problem analysis, and implement effective solutions.
French Contract, grading position: 13
Daily language : FRENCH and English
Your profile :
* CAMO Experience: Proven experience in Continued Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO) within the aviation industry. MANDATORY;
* Auditing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in conducting and managing audits, including internal audit practices and regulatory compliance audits.
* Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aviation Regulations & Policies pertinent to airworthiness and maintenance. (must to have)
* Quality Assurance : Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Assurance principles, including Supply Chain quality. ( must to have )
* Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem analysis and solving abilities, with a methodical approach to complex issues. ( must to have )
* Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Understanding: Solid understanding of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) processes and their integration with CAMO. ( nice to have)
* Requirements Management: Experience in Requirements management and translating regulatory frameworks into practical operational procedures.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
*Languages : FRENCH and english fluent or intermediaire++ is mandatory. And a French basic level.
* Education: A path with Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Management, or a related field is appreciated. A Master's degree is a plus.
