Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts with diverse functional and technical expertise. Establish best practices, standards, and methodologies for business analysis, requirements management, testing, and solution delivery. Drive resource planning, performance management, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability development within the team. Business Analysis & Solution Delivery Lead the elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and documentation of complex business requirements across Finance, Actuarial, Investment, and related functions. Provide end-to-end oversight of business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and enterprise architecture standards. Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, project teams, and IT delivery partners to ensure a common understanding of requirements and expected outcomes. Challenge and validate solution approaches to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, sustainable, and deliver measurable business benefits. Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements. Project & Transformation Management Manage and coordinate assigned transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Partner with Project Managers and sponsors to proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests. Support governance forums by providing project updates, recommendations, and decision materials. Testing & Change Management Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including strategy, planning, resource allocation, execution, defect management, and sign-off processes. Ensure business readiness through effective change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities. Lead the development of training materials and user guides to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems. Stakeholder & Solution Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on business process optimization, system capabilities, and solution roadmaps. Build strong relationships across business functions, IT teams, vendors, and regional/global stakeholders. Influence decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations and solution alternatives. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience within Insurance or Financial Services, with significant exposure to business analysis, business transformation, project delivery, or operational excellence initiatives. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Business Solutions Manager. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Operations Management, or related disciplines. Proven experience in leading large-scale finance transformation and system implementation projects. Strong track record in requirements management, solution design, UAT management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience managing and developing Business Analyst teams in a project or transformation environment. Experience working within matrix organizations and managing offshore/onshore delivery teams and third-party vendors. Exposure to Finance platforms, ERP systems, General Ledger solutions, data transformation, reporting, or financial control environments is highly desirable.
