Key responsibilities/ What you do Working within the French Sales team your main responsibility will be to attract and develop profitable and successful new business with a very autonomous and proactive apprach as well as partner with new and existing stakeholders and cross departmental team to reach our targets. You will manage and oversee the entire sales process. Reporting to the Head of Segment “Insurance, Brokerage and Consumer Discovery” you will : Identify, attract, negotiate and close new opportunities with new and existing partners Manage tender requests Build a comprehensive network within the industry Build an understanding of key customer needs and requirements and input client strategy to support development of new business solutions suiting the market trends and partners business needs Cooperate, coordinate, problem solve and manage internal and external stakeholdes across all areas of the organization to ensure that the new business targets are achieved Key requirements/ What you bring Minimum 3 years experience with proven sales track record Experience with developing new and existing business customer and business segments within the Insurance / Assistance / Brokerage environment Excellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to influence, persuade and present on senior level Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge Fluent in French and able to work in English (written and spoken) You work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
