Responsibilities: Act as Business Analyst to perform production support tasks and handle production incidents and defects impacting operations, perform impact analysis, design workarounds and sustainable solutions to minimize disruptions and prevent recurrence Proactively apply automation and AI solutions to streamline operational processes and improve team efficiency, turning identified pain points into opportunities for innovation Identify opportunities arising from incidents and day-to-day operations to drive system enhancements and process improvements Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Insurance domain and apply this to the execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the project / product execution and best practices Stay current with stakeholders needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating incident meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and identifying business needs Qualifications: University graduate in business administration, statistics, quantitative analysis, information technology or related disciplines 2+ year of proven experience in business analysis and project areas Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong knowledge in applying automation, AI, and data analysis solutions in a work environment, with hands-on experience using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, Python, or similar platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to non-technical audiences and operations teams. Curious, self-motivated, and adaptable — with a proactive learning mindset, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
