ArcelorMittal Construction is looking for a Brand Engagement and Content Specialist intern. This internship can be located in different European countries.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Community Management: Engage and manage interactions across various platforms (forums, social media, blogs, etc.), fostering a positive and inclusive community environment, and responding to questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Content Creation and Copywriting: Develop engaging content for social media platforms and website to support marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
  • Translation: Translate and adapt content into other languages, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Graphic Design and Multimedia Content: Create visually appealing content, such as graphics, infographics, animations, and short videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Analytics: Track and analyze community engagement and social media metrics to provide actionable insights and improve content strategy.
  • Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Social Media Advertising (SMA): Assist agency in managing paid digital advertising campaigns to optimize community growth and engagement.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all content, community interactions, and creative assets are aligned with company brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Content Management and Publication: Support the publication of content on the company website via the CMS, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely updates.
  • Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with marketing teams on various projects, including content development, campaign support, and other digital marketing initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with fluency in English required and at least one additional language.
  • Experience in translating and adapting content for different languages and cultures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and social media publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • A good understanding of SEA and SMA campaigns is preferred.
  • Analytical skills, with experience tracking performance metrics and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player who can easily reach out to colleagues across departments to gather content and ideas.
  • Passionate about community building, storytelling, and branding, with a high level of autonomy in executing tasks.
  • fluency in English is mandatory
