Your Responsibilities:As a Vessel Project Manager Guyana, your mission will be to manage all aspects of the Vessel project in accordance with contractual obligations and Bourbon project management standards, undertaken safely.Your main tasks will be: HSE Management: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Bourbon’s HSE management systems, demonstrating strong and visible commitment to safety and quality.Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams (QHSE, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Ship Manager…), organize regular meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Client Relationship: Represent Bourbon in client meetings, conduct regular reviews, monitor satisfaction, manage claims, and secure repeat business.Operations & Mobilization: Supervise vessel on-hire processes, ensure smooth contract deployment, and align operational planning with contractual requirements.Reporting & Financials: Deliver weekly/monthly project reports, monitor KPIs, validate financial statements, and ensure accurate invoicing and cash collection.Contract Profitability: In charge of operating margin as per final offer client/contracting, garanties revenues as per contractSupport & Strategy: Contribute to tendering activities, manage Variation Orders, oversee subcontractors, and capture lessons learned.Team Leadership: Supervise and develop Vessel Project Officers (when applicable), ensuring training, performance reviews, and career development. The job is open t on a rotational schedule of 7 weeks ON/7 weeks OFF or 6 weeks ON/6 weeks OFF TBD
