BLENDING OPERATOR

We are looking for a Blending Operator for our Conroe, Texas plant. Some of your main duties & responsibilities: Operate blending equipment according to production instructions, ensuring proper mixing of raw materials to create chemical products. Accurately measure, load, and mix chemicals and raw materials according to specific formulations and production requirements. Safely handle and work with chemicals, adhering to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper chemical handling procedures. Perform quality control checks on finished products, ensuring that blends meet required specifications before moving on to the next production phase. Maintain accurate production records, including raw material usage, product output, and any deviations or equipment issues. Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of blending equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Work closely with the production team and other departments to maintain production schedules and meet daily targets. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors immediately. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA and plant-specific safety procedures.
