Mission: The Bid Manager will lead and coordinate the capture, development and submission of high-quality, compliant, and commercially compelling bids and proposals across TEKEVER’s business units. This role is responsible for end-to-end bid management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and ensuring winning strategies are executed consistently to grow our footprint in defence, security, and civil markets. What will be your responsibilities: • Analyze public and private tenders, RFIs,( Request for Information) RFPs ( Request for Proposal) , ITTs ( Invitation to Tender) , and other procurement documentation. • Interpret administrative, technical, financial, and contractual requirements. • Develop compliance matrices and ensure full traceability of requirements. • Create proposal schedules and coordinate internal proposal activities. • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire proposal development lifecycle. • Ensure proposal compliance with customer requirements and submission guidelines. • Prepare and consolidate administrative and commercial proposal documentation. • Coordinate internal reviews and executive approvals. • Manage clarification requests, amendments, and communications with customers. • Develop and maintain content libraries, templates, and knowledge repositories. • Support opportunity qualification and capture activities. Profile equirements: Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, bid/proposal management, public tenders, or public procurement. • Professional-level written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (minimum C1 proficiency in both languages). • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Proactive approach, strong sense of ownership, and results-oriented mindset. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists and institutional stakeholders. • Interest in technology, innovation, and UAV/drone solutions. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the Defense, Security, Aerospace, or other highly regulated sectors. • Knowledge of procurement processes within Ministries of Defence, Armed Forces, government agencies, or similar public-sector organizations. • Experience with public tenders, public procurement, and international bidding processes. • APMP certification or other relevant Proposal Management training. • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
