Our 400‑employee site brings together research and development teams, production workshops, and support functions for two main business areas:
Machine Vision Sensors (MVS) for image sensors, dental sensors, and cameras.
High-Performance and High-Reliability semiconductor products: microprocessors, memories and high‑speed data converters.
My name is Nathalie, Head of Business Marketing for the Semiconductor Division, and I am recruiting a Bid Manager to support the strategic growth of our Business Unit.
Operating at the heart of highly demanding markets (Space, Aerospace and Defense), you will play a key role in the development and promotion of high value‑added commercial offers, working in close collaboration with Sales, Technical and Operations teams.
You will be involved in a product portfolio including:
Microprocessors, memories and computing modules, upscreened or qualified for critical defense and space systems
High‑performance data converters
Industrial image sensors upscreened for space applications
Assembly, test and qualification services for harsh environments
What You’ll Do
The Bid Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of complex commercial proposals in a technical environment, from opportunity qualification through submission of the final offer.
You will coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering/Project, Operations, Legal, Export Control) to deliver competitive proposals that meet profitability targets within committed timelines.
This role is key to achieving order intake and revenue objectives. It also contributes directly to sales support and customer satisfaction in a competitive and innovative business environment.
Your main responsabilities include :
Analyzing and qualifying opportunities in collaboration with Sales teams
Defining the bid strategy (competition positioning, differentiation, pricing, risk assessment)
Leading the bid process end‑to‑end, in line with internal and customer milestones
Ensuring compliance with technical, contractual and regulatory requirements
Structuring and drafting key bid deliverables (technical and commercial proposals, schedules, value proposition)
Capitalizing on lessons learned to continuously improve tender responses
You also enhance business visibility through the consolidation of sales forecasts over 18 months, 3- and 5-year horizons, and by delivering regular, reliable activity reporting
