Key Responsibilities: PRODUCTION & SERVICE Prepare and serve beverages ( cocktails, spirits, hot drinks) Advise guests on drink selections Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality service Master recipes and measurements Handle payments when required HYGIENE & SAFETY Apply food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Ensure cleanliness of equipment and tools Manage stock Receive and check deliveries Conduct inventory counts Ensure proper stock rotation Maintain a clean and organized bar area GUEST RELATION Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere Build guest loyalty Handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy Skills & Soft Skills: Bar service techniques Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance Energy and responsiveness Team spirit Sales mindset Creativity (especially in cocktail preparation) We Offer: Attractive compensation package including base salary and allowances Housing allowance Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company Health insurance coverage Life and accident insurance 26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law 5 working days per week with 2 days off The opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exceptional fine-dining project in the Middle East Career growth opportunities within an internationally renowned hospitality group
