As a Bar Assistant in our Citizen Services team, you'll help create a welcoming environment for guests by delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the bar. What you'll do as a Bar Assistant Deliver excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and professional manner Prepare and serve drinks safely, efficiently, and in line with operational procedures Handle customer transactions accurately and responsibly Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment Support the efficient operation of the venue and assist colleagues where required Help create a positive experience that keeps customers returning Does this sound like you?
