Job ID [XXXX-XXXX] Main Purpose of the Job Supports Bancassurance on recruitment operations Duties & Responsibilities Recruitment Fill in vacancies within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT) End to end recruitment – Posting, Sourcing, Interviewing, Job Offer Positive candidate journey experience Stakeholder Management Build and strengthen relationship with stakeholders through open and constant communication and engagement Monitoring of reports Education & Experience Graduate of a bachelor’s degree With at least 3 years relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management (preferably Sales/BPO/Real Estate) Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel Good oral and written communication Skills With experience in hiring for sales roles At AXA, each person matters.
