Leisure Operations Manager Location: Northfield Leisure Centre, Birmingham B31 2PD Salary: up to £37,000 plus excellent benefits Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, flexible to work earlies, lates and weekends between 6am and 10.30pm. You'll play an important role in supporting community wellbeing, driving sustainable growth, and creating a positive impact on communities through accessible leisure services. What you'll do as a Leisure Operations Manager Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring it is safe, warm, clean, friendly and welcoming for all users Support the General Manager in delivering commercial growth, performance targets and operational efficiency Build and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies Lead, motivate and develop Duty Manager teams, creating headroom for people to grow and achieve their potential Use data and key performance indicators to monitor performance, identify opportunities and create impactful solutions Develop strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and the wider community to support service excellence and future growth Does this sound like you?
