About the role 🚀


As Bigblue expands beyond its historical B2C roots, we've made significant investments in B2B - dedicating time, resources, and tech innovation to support our clients’ growth.


Now, we’re looking for a B2B Operations Specialist to ensure a smooth, end-to-end experience for our merchants.


In this key role, you’ll master Bigblue’s B2B operations, support daily workflows, and optimize processes to elevate our service. As part of the Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, premium B2B experience - not just for our merchants, but for their customers as well.\n


Missions 🏭

  • Own processes ensuring B2B quality among the operations department
  • Drive operational excellence ensuring compliance guidelines are met (warehouse processes, carriers processes & SLAs)
  • Proactively track day-to-day operations
  • Provide reports of performance, action plans when needed and ensure follow-up

    • Actively participate to process and systems development
    • Identify systemic inefficiencies and opportunities to optimize operations while managing costs.
    • Develop and implement scalable solutions to enhance quality and elevate the merchant experience.
    • Track and document key learnings and best practices to strengthen our B2B expertise.
    • Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to identify and address painpoints

      • Act as Bigblue’s B2B expert
      • Act as an internal escalation point for operational B2B-related issues
      • Share knowledge and provide guidance to internal teams around B2B
      • Maintain a strong presence in our warehouses to support logistics teams and ensure flawless execution of B2B processes.


        Requirements 🙌

        • Logistics background
        • Proven analytical & problem-solver thinking and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
        • Very good written and verbal communication skills in French and English
        • Rigorous, organized and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects
        • Not afraid of operational day-to-day
        • Ability to step back and see the big picture to suggest pragmatic solutions aligned with the vision
