About the role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Associate Brand Manager to join our Sistema team based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing marketing professional to work on a globally recognised brand while gaining exposure to international markets, innovation projects, and cross-functional business leadership. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Sistema, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of the Sistema brand across global markets. You'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Development, Consumer Insights and Global Brand teams to deliver business results, support innovation launches, analyse performance and identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability. Why Join Newell Brands? • Work with a globally recognised consumer brand sold in over 100 countries • Exposure to international markets and global brand teams • Hybrid working environment and collaborative culture • Career development opportunities within a global FMCG organisation • Be part of a business that values innovation, ownership and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities • Support the development and execution of annual brand plans • Deliver monthly performance reporting and actionable business insights • Analyse sales data, market trends, promotional effectiveness and competitive activity • Support forecasting and demand planning activities • Assist with new product launches from concept through to market execution • Monitor portfolio performance and identify optimisation opportunities • Partner with Sales teams on customer presentations and category reviews • Support innovation projects and cross-functional initiatives • Prepare business cases, presentations and recommendations for leadership teams • Ensure consistent brand execution across all consumer touchpoints About You • Degree qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline • 2+ years' experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Category, Commercial or related FMCG roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities • Experience within FMCG, retail or consumer products highly regarded • Exposure to product development, manufacturing or supply chain environments advantageous • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment If you're looking for an opportunity to build your career with a global consumer products leader and work on a brand with international reach, we'd love to hear from you.
