Make a meaningful difference to patients around the world. Our Administration team is a crucial part of Edwards. By joining this team, you’ll support our leadership with their daily needs so they can seamlessly make decisions that impact the patients we serve. Whether you are coordinating key meetings and events, supporting with the onboarding of new team members, or ensuring the teams you support have what they need to be successful, your work will be highly valued.

In a rapidly growing TMTT environment, you will serve as a key partner to our Sales & Marketing teams, supporting events, internal meetings, and contract activities.


How you'll make an impact:
• Coordination of education events with general supervision

- Grant requests, tracking

- Communication with HCPs being aware of Medtech compliance – invitations, travelling arrangements

- Administration of sponsorships

- Event logistics – hotels, service providers, materials prep

- Invoice management

- Budget management

- Safeguard internal and external compliance together with sales team

• Marketing materials management with general supervision
- Ordering, ensuring translation
• Contracts management with general supervision
- Liaison with legal department to ensure legislative requirements are met
• Internal meetings coordination with general supervision
• Other administrative support with general supervision


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Preferred

  • Equivalent 5 years years experience of previous related experience Required

  • Experience in a strongly regulated sector required;

  • Understanding of medtech‑specific compliance standards, including DMOS, CNOM, and HCP contract processes, is considered an asset.

  • Native or fluent French required, with professional English proficiency is essential

• Basic knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Qlikview)
