You will support the efficient operation of the Sales Department in line with Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of our associates, guests, and owners.
You will act as a sales specialist, supporting the development and execution of sales activities to drive revenue and achieve agreed business targets. Working closely with the Sales team and other revenue-generating departments, you will identify business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure revenue is maximized in the most profitable and sustainable way.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and contributing to the hotel’s overall commercial success.

Due to work permit requirements, this position is open only to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
A university degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business, Sales, or another relevant discipline is preferred.
Previous experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Executive within a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities.
Experience in supporting or managing a sales team, with the ability to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good computer proficiency and confidence in using relevant sales and business systems.
