Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Project Management Officer Apprentice to join our Global Human & Consumer Insight (HCI) department which is a unique opportunity to assist in all strategic and innovative projects related to Product sensory performance & product evaluation.

We are seeking a motivated Project Management Officer / Apprentice to join our Global Human & Consumer Insight (HCI) department, an international network with more than 70 professionals who aim at bringing innovation and consumer understanding for the scent market (fine fragrance, beauty care, home care and fabric care products). This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to assist in all strategic and innovative projects related to Product sensory performance & product evaluation.

This role is located in our creative center in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Where You’ll Make a Difference 

  • Oversee and manage all strategic and innovation projects related to global sensory performance

  • Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to ensure project success

  • Support the development and execution of project plans and timelines.

  • Analyze project performance and provide constructive suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.

  • Participate in the promotion of the projects’ advancement and success by building relevant communication for internal sharing.

 
What Makes You the Right Fit  

  • You are a student in a Master's degree (Bac+4) from a business or engineering school.

  • Highly passionate about scent development and innovation, curious and ready to learn.

  • Experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Highly organized and proactive, with efficient communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

  • High flexibility and agility.

  • Proficiency in English (written & oral) is mandatory; French is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
