Assist Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to hotel standards, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Support the planning and execution of marketing, promotional, and guest engagement initiatives to drive business performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure outlet operations is aligned with hotel policies, brand standards, and Food & Beverage objectives. Maintain and regularly update outlet operating procedures, service standards, and training materials to ensure operational consistency. Conduct daily briefings and team communications to ensure employees are well-informed, motivated, and focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Supervise outlet operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow, quality service, and prompt resolution of guest concerns. Assist in monitoring inventory levels, cost control measures, and operational expenses to maximize profitability. Support Outlet Manager in staff training, performance management, scheduling, and team development initiatives. Act as the person-in-charge of the outlet in the absence of the Outlet Manager, ensuring uninterrupted and effective operations. International exposure or multicultural work experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred. Basic computer skills in MS Office and POS systems are preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably within luxury international hotel brands.
