Who We Are About your role Work with ASM, Distributor, and RTM team Drive Distributor operation standard via Annual Distributor Health Check process Drive MEM Vendor operation standard via Annual MEM Vendor Health Check process Drive Distributor operation efficiency, delivery process compliance, and service level, i.e.: Delivery Team operation compliance via POD usage Cashless payment to drive efficiency of Distributor back-end and Delivery Team Delivery efficiency analysis and drive improvement, i.e. Truck utilization, DA dynamic routing Initiate and lead any other projects to improve distributor efficiency and profitability Provide / refresh Distributor back-end training, i.e. operation process, share & reapply BIC distributor operation Support new distributor set-up to ensure smooth transition and new distributor can fast-start Support SVP Sales (TT, AFH, MEM) in preparing monthly sales target deployment Own distributor back-end master data Maintain lowest level secondary master data in DMS, i.e. sales hierarchy What You'll Do What's in it for you What You need to be successful Strong commercial and analytical mindset Problem-solving and agility Data-driven decision making Good communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation ability to influence frontlines / distributors and handle challenging situations Good understanding of Business and Finance is required Advanced usage of Excel and good usage of PowerPoint is a must Familiar with Power BI, Power Query is preferred Language Proficiency – English Field sales execution experience in FMCG is preferred Our DEI Commitment At Suntory, we recognize that diverse knowledge, perspectives, and backgrounds contribute to our collective success.
