About Hyatt Regency London Olympia

Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Front Office Manager role
Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations within the Front Office department, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and achievement of departmental KPIs.
Play an active role in the recruitment, training, and development of the front office team, setting clear objectives and providing regular performance feedback.
Lead shifts and supervise the team to ensure seamless, efficient, and professional guest experiences.
Oversee front office operations in the absence of the manager, maintaining service standards and operational consistency.
Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and other financial management activities for the department.
About You
You have proven experience in hotel front office management, ideally within the premium segment. With exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, you take a guest-focused approach and are committed to maintaining high operational standards. You have the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring both colleagues and guests enjoy a consistently high-quality experience.
