Assistant F&B Manager: Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu (Local Candidate only)

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant F&B Manager is responsible to day-to-day operational function for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the Hyatt brand standard. The Assistant F&B Manager is responsible to day-to-day operational function for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the Hyatt brand standard. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3-4 years' work experience as Outlet Manager or Restaurant Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
