Hybrid working is available, although this role is mainly office-based with the team (4 days in the office).
Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller:
Own and improve the invoice-to-payment flow across multiple entities
Ensure accurate postings (VAT, ledgers, allocations) and support month-end close
Prepare weekly payment runs and monitor payment terms
Support cost control, variance analysis, and reporting (including EBITDA insight)
Drive practical process improvements and smarter use of finance systems (ERP, Excel, Power BI)

HBO (bachelor’s) level in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics
2-5 years’ experience in Finance Administration/Accounting
Strong Excel and ERP experience
