We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to support all-round accounting operations including but not limited to account receivable, account payable, wholesale & online sales accounting etc. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, this role will work closely with Finance Manager to provide day-to-day accounting suport to the team. Exceptional market-leading benefits such as comprehensive family medical insurance (including dependents), 17 paid statutory holidays, 12 vacation days, and 3 days paid carers' leave Key Responsibilities: Handle Account Receivable, Account Payable, Revenue Report for online and wholesale sales channels Check and reconcile detailed ledger against final accounts to ensure proper records are all matched in system (Microsoft Business Central) Ensure all invoices are properly prepared and distributed out in a timely manner Handle all transactions including expenses claim and reports for HK and China Support on Balance Sheet analysis and follow up with relevant parties Safekeeping all accounts documents and ensure the filling log sheet is being maintained Support on both internal and external audit by preparing all necessary documents Handle accounting related correspondence with different parties – staff/customers/vendors/sister companies etc. Job Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience; experience in the Retail and FMCG industry is advantageous Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, drive, and enthusiasm Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is a plus We are delighted to receive your application for further consideration.
