You are joining AEW’s asset management team in France, made up of around thirty people.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Participate in the definition of asset valuation strategy, implement and develop it by adapting the different valuation assumptions for buildings;
- Ensure the preservation and complete, within the framework of property management, the documentation of the buildings in order to anticipate potential disposals;
- Participate in determining the value of real estate, depreciation risks, and control the expertise of external service providers;
- Adapt and implement the rental strategy and cost control;
- Control the operating budget as well as the technical management of buildings while controlling cash flow and expenditure.
