Key Responsibilities : Matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices for various operating expenses Recording supplier invoices in the accounting system following approval by department managers Preparing and verifying supplier payments Preparing and recording month-end accruals Reconciling accrual and prepaid expense accounts Monitoring and reconciling the accounts payable ledger Performing bank reconciliations for current accounts and FFE accounts Monitoring cash flow Preparing cash flow reports Assisting with tax calculations and monitoring tax payments Profile : Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented. Strong sense of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS), such as Shiji Daylight, would be an advantage. Professional proficiency in English. Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
